A: We ship from our US warehouse within 24-48 hours. You'll receive it in 3-7 business days.

Q: How do I use it?

A: Fill the tank with tap water, plug in the USB cable, and press the button. That's it. Auto shut-off when the tank runs dry.

Q: Is it safe to run overnight?

A: Yes. It runs for up to 5 hours per fill and shuts off automatically. Safe for bedrooms, nurseries, and offices.

Q: How do I clean it?

A: Empty the tank, wipe with a soft cloth, refill. We include a replacement cotton swab in the box.

Q: What's your return policy?

A: If you're not happy, email us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full — no need to send the product back. If it arrived damaged, send us a photo and we'll either replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Q: Does it need essential oils?

A: No. It works with just tap water. If you want, you can add a few drops of essential oil to the tank.
