Airly Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Airly. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 28-day refund policy.

Change of mind:
Email us at airlyservices@gmail.com within 28 days with your order number. We'll refund you in full within 3-5 business days. You don't need to ship the product back — keep it, gift it, or dispose of it as you like.

Damaged or defective items:
If your Airly arrives damaged or stops working within 28 days, email us a photo of the issue. You can choose one of the following, and we'll process it within 3-5 business days:
• A free replacement shipped from our US warehouse (once)
• A full refund to your original payment method
