Airly Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states from our US warehouse.

Delivery times
Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase (Monday through Friday). Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days from the moment your order ships.

Shipping costs
- Standard shipping: $5.99 flat rate
- Free shipping on orders over $50

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your package until delivery.

Delays
Rare shipping delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues outside our control. If your order takes longer than 10 business days, email us at airlyservices@gmail.com and we'll investigate.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order and we'll try to correct it before it ships. After that, we can't guarantee changes.

Undelivered packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipping. Re-shipping fees may apply.
